TOKYO: The Japanese government is preparing for the third state of emergency in Tokyo and Osaka, and nearby urban areas to prevent the Kovid-19 epidemic. At the request of local leaders, the Japanese government has discussed the matter. Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga and other prime ministers discussed an emergency this weekend in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto and Hyogo on Wednesday night.
The worst-affected Osaka area, which began to spread rapidly in March, reported 1,242 new cases on Wednesday. It also surpassed Tokyo, where 843 new cases of infection have been reported. Kyoto and Hyogone called for a re-emergency on Wednesday, while Tokyo could make a similar appeal.
